January News!/Another Album?!

Hello friends! 

What a way to end 2013! Thank you to those folks who ordered the "Christmas Hymns" CD in December! It was a huge success and I was so thrilled at the response! The Cd ended up getting some national airplay and I was so happy to see orders come in from all over North America! There are a few more CD's (like, fewer than 5) left in the onlne store, so if you missed it, grab one before they're gone! You can still get the digital download all year! 

2014 is off to a great start! I'll be playing at the NAMM show this coming week. I'm excited to by demoing The Engle which is a very cool device for getting some really unique sounds on the guitar. I'll be walking around the show and tweeting pictures and random NAMM show happenings, so please follow me at @draittgtr on twitter to stay updated on all the NAMM show antics! New Album in 2014???? It's Happening!!

You might be saying, "But you just released an album in December?!" True, but Perhaps the biggest news of the year is that I'm getting ready to record a new album of original music this year! Thanks to everyone who bought the Christmas Hymns record, I was able to raise enough money to start recording the next record! I'll be traveling in late February to record the record and hopefully it will see a release sometime before the Summer! Right now I'm finalizing the arrangements and getting the new songs ready to be recorded! Its some of the most intricate music I've ever written, and I'm really proud of how its shaping up!

I'll be posting some videos of some of the new music on my youtube channel in the near future, and I'd love your feedback on some of the new music! In the meantime, please share some of the videos with your guitar playing friends!
